CSV import lets you move your entire customer book into Voxys without rebuilding it by hand. Map columns from any export — HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, a spreadsheet — to Voxys contacts, companies, deals, or pipeline stages, and preview every row before it lands in the CRM. It's built for the first week of onboarding, when your team needs the sales CRM and inbox populated before they can take a single WhatsApp message.

How it works
Upload your file
Drag a CSV or XLSX export from your old CRM or spreadsheet. Voxys reads the headers and shows the first 20 rows for review.
Map columns to fields
Match each column to a Voxys field — contact, company, deal, custom field — or skip it. Save the mapping as a template for next time.
Preview and import
Review duplicate handling and validation warnings, then run the import. Watch progress in real time and undo the batch if anything looks off.
