This website is owned and operated by Voxys W.L.L, a Bahrain-based AI agency specializing in conversational automation across messaging platforms, including WhatsApp via Meta's APIs ("Services"). By signing up for a Voxys.ai account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Key jurisdictional clauses: the Kingdom of Bahrain is our country of domicile; any dispute or claim arising from this website shall be governed by Bahraini law; Visa or MasterCard debit/credit cards in BHD (Bahraini Dinar) are accepted for payment, and the currency displayed at checkout will match the Transaction Receipt; we do not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries or entities.
Account terms — eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in Bahrain to open an account. Accounts are for business use only (not personal or household purposes).
Account terms — responsibilities
Keep your account password secure. Voxys.ai is not liable for losses due to compromised credentials. You are responsible for all AI chatbot content, user interactions, and compliance with Meta's policies. Immediate termination may occur for breaches of these Terms or Meta's guidelines.
Services — AI-powered services
Our Services include tools to build, deploy, and manage AI chatbots on WhatsApp and other Meta platforms. No warranties: AI responses are automated and may occasionally be inaccurate.
Services — limitations of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Bahraini law, Voxys.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g. lost profits, data loss); service interruptions caused by Meta API changes or third-party platforms; or misuse of AI chatbots by end-users.
Services — termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of Meta's WhatsApp Business Policies, fraudulent activity, spam, or illegal use of chatbots.
Intellectual property
Voxys.ai retains all rights to AI models, software, and chatbot frameworks. You own content uploaded to your chatbots but grant us a license to process it for service delivery. Do not reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse Voxys.ai's proprietary technology.
Payment & fees — subscription plans
Fees for Services (e.g. chatbot subscriptions, API access) are billed in BHD. A valid payment method (credit/debit card) must be on file.
Payment & fees — refunds and taxes
Refunds are issued only if Voxys.ai fails to deliver services. Refunds are processed within 10–45 days via the original payment method. Fees exclude Bahraini VAT or other taxes. You are responsible for remitting applicable taxes.
Confidentiality
Confidential Information includes AI algorithms, training data, and business strategies. Both parties agree to protect Confidential Information and use it solely for fulfilling these Terms.
Meta integration compliance
You must comply with Meta's Commerce Policies and the WhatsApp Business Terms. We may share data with Meta for message delivery, analytics, and fraud prevention.
Dispute resolution
Bahraini courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. For DMCA/copyright claims, submit notices to [email protected].
Updates to terms
We may update these Terms and will notify you via email or your account dashboard. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
