How it works
Connect your Google key
Paste a Google Cloud Translation API key into Voxys settings and pick which inboxes should use it.
Set agent languages
Each agent sets their working language in their profile. Voxys uses it as the translation target for everything they receive.
Chat normally
Voxys detects the customer's language, translates both directions in real time, and shows the original message on hover for context.
