Overview
Two-factor auth adds a second verification step on top of passwords for everyone who logs into your Voxys workspace — agents, admins, and API users. It protects your customer inbox, CRM records, and Captain AI settings from credential leaks, phishing, and reused passwords. Admins can enforce it workspace-wide so no one slips through the gap.
- Enable TOTP via Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password
- Enforce 2FA workspace-wide for all agents and admins
- Generate one-time backup codes for lost-device recovery
- Require step-up auth before exporting contacts or deleting data
- Trust devices for 30 days to skip prompts on known machines
- Revoke a session or reset 2FA for any user from admin
- Audit every login, 2FA challenge, and recovery in the log
How it works

Pair your authenticator
From your profile, scan a QR code into your authenticator app and confirm with the first 6-digit code.

Save backup codes
Voxys generates ten one-time backup codes. Save them in your password manager in case you lose your phone.

Enforce for the team
Admins flip a workspace switch to require 2FA for every user. Anyone without it is prompted to enroll on next login.
